Casa Clubs is looking for enthusiastic Holiday Club Team Leaders to bring energy and vibrancy to their holiday clubs.
Holiday Club Leader (Multiple Roles Available)
Weybridge, Surrey, KT13
Starting Date 25th July
Salary £10.50 - £12 per hour dependent on experience

Casual Ongoing work during the primary school holidays, up to 50 hours per week.

Casa Clubs offer high quality, affordable, active and fun out of school care for children aged 4-12 years old. We offer breakfast, after school and holiday clubs across Hampshire and Surrey. All of our clubs are Ofsted registered and inspected. Our aim is to provide opportunities for the individual child to achieve his or her potential in a fun, friendly, safe and caring play environment.
Our staff are suitably qualified, passionate, dedicated lots of fun and always make sure children receive the best possible play opportunities and have a great time!
We are now looking for 2-3 Holiday Club Team Leaders to join our talented team. The clubs run between 8am and 6pm during the primary school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Running a holiday club and staff team during the holidays and half terms providing full day childcare for children aged 4-12 years.
* Briefing your team daily.
* Supervising/Briefing staff and ensuring staff are completing required tasks.
* Ensuring that you and your team create and provide a stimulating, fun, age-appropriate play space inside and outside every day.
* Setting up and packing away the club setting each day inside and outside, ensuring resources are correctly stored and put away.
* Cleaning and sterilising of toys and equipment.
* Executing the required activities each day ensuring outstanding quality and as much fun is had as possible · Making sure that you can think on your feet and introduce extra activities, group games, sports etc. when required.
* Completing all daily administration required at the holiday club.
* Keeping an up to date equipment list (if you are a holiday club only).
* Implementing a the EYFS system for reception children and filling out the required paperwork for parents.
* Collecting resources /shopping from the head office at least once per week.
* Assist in developing policies and practices to ensure the club is continually develops and improves.
* Working in partnership with management, colleagues, parents, schools and other regulatory bodies.

* Reliable and Organised.
* Polite and able to deal with people at all levels.
* Confident and able to multi task.
* Creative, Energetic, enthusiastic and fun.
* Dynamic and self-motivated.
* Willing to undertake ongoing self-development and training.
* Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Management/Team Leader Experience preferred.
* Childcare experience an advantage.
* Level 3 in Play Work, Childcare or similar an advantage but not essential.
* Car Owner and Driver.
50% off childcare (children must be aged 4-12 years to attend).
