NxGen Recruit have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join an established organisation on an initial 9 month fixed term contract, starting immediately.
Immediate start - 9 month FTC
£50,000 - £55,000 - Hybrid working
Our client is searching for a Qualified Accountant who will be responsible for all aspects of the Acquisition process, from initial due diligence through to integration of the acquired businesses. Key duties for each acquisition include -
Conduct the internal finance operations due diligence process - reviewing dataroom, meeting acquisition finance contacts, identifying & reporting issues & risks
Run finance integration process upon completion (adding to group insurances, VAT, fleet & treasury etc)
Manage interim monthly accounting/reporting process until live on systems
Migrate balance sheet into financial systems and handover to BAU team
Assist with any other acquisition tasks needed to ensure successful on-boarding of the acquired company The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant who has previous experience managing acquisition processes.
