Our Client is looking for an experienced finance administrator to run the accounts facility within our business. You will report directly to the managing director and external accountant.
SAGE Line 50 and Payroll software experience essential.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining the accounts on a daily basis, managing and recording all the company's transactions for
both the sales and purchase ledger and performing regular bank reconciliations. Completing all credit control requirements.
Processing monthly payroll using Moneysoft payroll software. Cashflow management
General administrative duties Customer and supplier relations
The role will require you to report financial and management information in a timely manner to ensure the managing director is kept well informed and to support the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, be highly organised and have strong math skills, excellent communication skills, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Hold a minimum qualification of Level 3 AAT or equivalent and 2 years work experience in a similar role
