We are looking for passionate and caring people to join our teams as a Deputy Childcare Setting Manager in St Mark's Primary School, London, Ealing W7 2NR.

As a Deputy Childcare Setting Manager you will be responsible for...

Supporting the Setting Manager, you'll be using your experience, qualifications and our policies to create an exciting play environment for children to thrive.
Assisting to lead a team of educators to provide a whole of child approach to learning.
Engaging with children in entertaining and educational play.
Supervising children to ensure their safety and security is a primary focus
Being a leader, empowering your team to deliver within safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

For your adventure

We know that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but here are some things that will help you get the job:

Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification
Some experience working with 4 to 11 year old children is essential
Previous experience managing a team would help
Enthusiasm and a passion for people.
Excellent communication skills
You're a big kid at heart
Paediatric first aid qualification is a nice to have (we can organise this for you).
