About the role

St Mungo's Recovery College started in 2012 and is one of the leading learning, training and employment services within the homeless sector. The Digital Recovery College provides an innovative and inclusive learning service for people experiencing or in recovery from homelessness. We believe that learning can be a life-changing experience and make a real difference to people's recovery and wellbeing.

The Digital Inclusion Lead will play an essential role overseeing the design and implementation of a significant Digital Inclusion programme across the Digital Recovery College and St Mungo's services as part of an organisation-wide core skills offer. The programme will support clients to build the essential digital skills and confidence needed to progress and sustain their recovery.

In this role you will

Use your extensive experience to design, develop and successfully implement a high-quality, tiered, hybrid-learning curriculum which can be implemented across the organisation.

Advise the organisation and oversee development of all elements of the Digital Skills learning cycle - from assessment tools through to progression pathways for clients - as part of an organisation-wide core skills programme.

Lead, build relationships with, and inspire curriculum staff, volunteers and corporate partner facilitators to ensure they deliver an excellent client-centred service. In addition to undertaking a number of Deputy Manager duties for the college.

About you

You will be passionate about digital inclusion and the difference it can make to people's lives.

You will have extensive experience and technical understanding of designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating hybrid Digital Inclusion programmes for disadvantaged and/or socially excluded groups of people.

You will have experience of leading and inspiring corporate partners, a team and/or volunteers to deliver a trauma-informed, wide-reaching, and high-quality blended learning curriculum for adults.

We are committed to maintaining your work/life balance. We offer 25 days annual leave, and operate a very popular Flexi Time scheme, which allows you to supplement your annual leave entitlement. After 5 years, staff annual leave entitlement increases to 28 days.

St Mungo's contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.
