You will join us on a full time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £23,631.00 - £25,220.00 per annum, plus staff benefits.

About the role of Sales Ledger Advisor
This role is based in our Cambridge Campus
The candidate apponted will be an integral part of the Sales Ledger team within the Finance department.
The job will involve ensuring the collection of both students and sponsors overdue debts, ensuring debt collection targets are met and payment terms adhered too, maintaining and update the student finance portals and ensure fee payments are received, responding to internal queries relating to the Sales Ledger team, assisting the Senior Credit Controller during absence and to support other team members.
The candidate appointed to this position will report to the Senior Credit Controller

What we are looking for in our role of Sales Ledger Advisor:
We are looking for a proactive, confident, self-reliant, professional, credit controller who can remain calm and provide a good customer experience for both students and sponsors.
They will need to be able to build relationships both internally and externally with a good attention to detail.
The candidate will need to show their ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, prioritise workload, work on their own initiative and have good communication skills both verbally and written.
The ideal candidate needs to have at least 2 years, relevant experience working within a dynamic Sales Ledger team, accounts or finance environment and gained English and Maths GCSE or equivalent grade C or above or/and a finance related vocational qualification equivalent to Level 3.
An intermediate level of Microsoft Office including Excel is required for this position.
