An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist in our client's finance department to further support growth in the Finance team. We are looking for a dynamic team player who is adaptable and prepared to take on challenging and varied role!
Based in the heart of Burslem, KPI Recruiting are supporting an established business. With brilliant transport routes and excellent office hours to ensure effectiveness at all times. As a Finance Administrator you will be working alongside the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate is a person with a knowledge and experience level to understand double entry bookkeeping and financial statement. This is because the tasks will mainly involve posting invoices and bank transactions that impact the balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the overall business.
Recording bank transactions
Working with spreadsheets, sales, purchase ledgers and journals
Key skills / Experience:
Relevant experience within a Back office / administration office environment.
Payments experience is preferred, but not essential.
A good attention to detail, adaptability, a keenness to learn and accurate keyboard skills.
Excellent Communication Skills, with ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service.
