Hours: Part Time: 35 hours per week (Temporary Position)
As a HSL Team Leader, you will inspire your team to be the best they can be. You will coach and nurture your team to have the skills and knowledge to give our customers the very best experience. You will motivate your team to talk passionately to our customers about our hand-crafted and innovative furniture, for which we have proudly received a Queen's Award for Innovation.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You'll be the kind of person who recognises that exceptional customer service starts with you. You'll have empathy, compassion and be an expert in listening to our customers, turning those moments into exceptional experiences for our customers, 'changing the way people think and feel about comfort.' You'll have a desire to continually improve your team's skills, giving feedback and happily supporting your team to be the very best team they can be. Whatever your previous work experience, we value your individual skills above everything else and having the ability to build rapport with our customers and earn their trust is far more important to us, than having worked in a retail environment previously.
