We're looking for a qualified executive coach to join us as a Manager of Leadership Development, a role in which you will provide and lead the delivery and development of leading edge, strategically aligned group leadership development options, that equip leaders across TJX Europe to deliver on business results and drive the talent agenda. You'll provide expert advice and consultation, suggesting creative solutions to leadership challenges.
As a credible and engaging facilitator of development programmes, you'll have strong influencing skills and the ability to establish relationships with senior leaders across our European business. By supporting and guiding HRBP's and senior Business leaders in the development of leadership skills, you'll raise the capability of leaders across TJX Europe. Key to this will be the upskilling, coaching and development of both internal and external resources involved in the delivery of leadership development programmes ensuring consistently high standards are achieved across Europe.
You'll identify and prioritise leadership development requirements across TJX Europe through:
Programme Management of Leadership Development Programmes
Development of project objectives and prioritise work based on agreed requirements
Co Facilitation of Personal Leadership experience
Supporting individual and group follow up
Facilitating Learning Modules for Leadership programmes (e.g. for AVPs and Emerging Leaders)
Delivering 1 to 1 guided development experiences for senior leaders (VP and above) and coaching to managers as required
Delivering delegate and Line Manager briefings
Providing assessment feedback
Taking an active role in Global Leadership programmes e.g. Leaders Developing Leaders, and Coaching support to help leaders develop their own narrative and storytelling
Evaluating leadership and management development products on a regular basis
Input into the creation of, and implement the leadership development strategy
Interpreting internal or external business challenges and data and recommending best practices to improve products, processes or services
Identifying subject matter experts to input into design
Leading communication, launch and roll out of programmes/tools In this role you'll get to build internal partnerships to gain in-depth understanding of TJX's business and strategies, industry and competitive trends and best practices. Your natural desire to collaborate and communicate at all levels will enable you to lead listening groups to gain content and ensure design of leadership products which link to key business initiatives and influence TJX's success. You'll advise on best practice within and outside the function to prepare culturally appropriate solutions.
An interest in external research and development will also be key as you build external partnerships and keep ahead of needs through research into leadership thinking, in order to adapt as trends change. The ideal candidate will be keen to gain breadth and depth of leadership expertise and specialism, through maintaining continuous professional development and education and to utilise your expertise and broad perspective to inform and evolve leadership practice and department strategy.

The stages of adult development, coaching emotional intelligence, and with the psychological / development-mindedness to work within the space of personal transformation.
Experiential learning (and Gestalt practice)
Current and future facing leadership practice
Coaching / facilitation at group and individual level
