Role of Business Travel Team Manager:

• Manage and develop a team of business travel consultants
• Resolve any escalations quickly, ensuring client satisfaction
• Drive operational service, ensuring agreed SLAs are adhered to by the business travel team
• Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the team

Skills required for the role:

• Previous team leader / managerial experience gained within the business travel sector
• Motivational and inspirational leader
• Fully proficient on a GDS
• Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of managing a remote based team would be an advantage
