The Finance and Membership Administrator will play a key role in the daily operation of the charity and its projects. This is a dynamic and engaging position that offers a great opportunity to gain a breadth of experience within one role. The Administrator position reports into the NNA Manager, but you will also work closely with NNA Trustees, including the Treasurer, and all 3 sub-committees (Finance, Membership and Communication).

The Administrator will support the Manager and NNA Board and has responsibility for financial administration, membership administration, database management, regular communication with NNA members, general filing and ad hoc support to the wider organisation.

The NNA is looking for a detail focused, organised, approachable individual to support the operation and administration of our charity's finance and other systems.

You'll build positive, professional relationships with members and all stakeholders, and enjoy working collaboratively to support the wider NNA team with accurate, timely information and to help them with their queries.

A regular weekly pattern of work is important, but the 10 hours can be worked flexibly across the week.
