I am partnered with a collaborative pharmaceutical company, made up of a diverse and motivated group in the UK affiliate. With products in the pipeline for multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology in Phase 1-3, this is a unique opportunity to enter the company at an exciting point across their UK business.

We are looking for a professional to lead and manage the Compliance and Copy Approval Processes, with wider responsibilities across the affiliate as a Business Partner.

If you are a Final Signatory with 3-5 years of copy approval experience in the industry, along with experience in collaborating with marketing/commercial, then keep reading....

  • To maintain a high-quality Copy Approval system to support the needs of the medical, commercial, marketing, and market access functions
  • Review and certification/examination of promotional and non-promotional materials/activities
  • Be responsible for co-ordination and allocation of all materials across all areas of interest
  • Work with commercial, marketing, market access, and medical colleagues (including other Code signatures)
  • Lead the planning and prioritisation of materials through the Copy Approval system to ensure efficient delivery of all materials
  • Maintain high standards in respect of quality of materials produced, efficiency of the Copy Approval processes, and ongoing development and training of all signatures
  • Lead the internal Peer to Peer review process to monitor and ensure continuous high quality of materials
  • Attend the monthly Code forums and act as conduit for the UK to ensure all learnings are disseminated to all those involved in the copy approval processes
  • Maintain knowledge of copyright law and GDPR to ensure that the client remains compliant
  • Lead the job prioritisation and planning meetings to ensure the affiliate has the capacity to always meet requirements
  • Work with less experienced colleagues (commercial, marketing, medical) to assist in developing their knowledge and experience of the copy approval process
  • Develop/keep up to date the key claims and reference documents for each therapy area
  • Act as the primary data/reference holder for all therapy areas to support scientific, medical, and marketing activities

  • UK registered physician/pharmacist
  • Qualified Final Signatory
  • 3-5 years of copy approval and final signatory
  • In depth knowledge of code requirements (ABPI/IPHA/EFPIA) and GDPR
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
