Compliance Monitoring Manager

As the Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective annual monitoring plan for a global insurer.

Main Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation of the annual monitoring plan
• Deliver quality reports on any findings from reviews, and provide effective recommendations
• Ensure any issues are effectively dealt with
• Collaborate with the wider risk and compliance team to ensure there is a good and effective compliance culture in place
• Manage 1 direct report

Background & Experience

• Compliance Monitoring experience - designing a monitoring plan
• Regulated background (Insurance experience preferable)
• Strong communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
