The NPD Manager will:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Liaise and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and core stakeholder in the relevant development teams
- Lead product innovation through the gate stages
- Directly manage all NPD from ideation to launch
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in FMCG is preferable
- Strong stakeholder management
- Successful track record of new product launches
- Highly organized and proactive
- Attention to detail
