Job DescriptionWe're recruiting for an exciting Commercial Revenue Manager - Off Trade opportunity in our Profit Revenue Growth Management team.

The Commercial Revenue Manager is accountable to help drive sustainable, profitable growth by optimising the Off Trade channel, customer and pack mix, price & promotion strategy and trade investment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Utilize market & shopper insights to support the development of price pack strategies in channels including price increase.
  • Develop, maintain and advise new approaches to gross margin delivery through pricing and promotional strategy.
  • Support price and promotion governance and execution, maximizing ROI from all initiatives.
  • Monitor revenue management KPIs and ensure delivery of the specific revenue management objectives in coordination with Sales & Finance.
  • Find ways to integrate different data sources in order to provide a full picture of key drivers of performance.
  • Perform competitive analysis by category, brand and packaging to identify trends, opportunities and challenges to the AUK business.
  • Define and communicate trade investment guidelines, customer segmentation and investment principles.
  • Track and measure business performance within brands and channels includes AUK brands and competition. Identify gaps and then create plans to close the gaps with the Sales teams.
  • Be proactive in spotting opportunities or threats, identify trends and communicate in an effective way to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with Marketing to support innovation pipeline and portfolio pricing.
  • Drive thought leadership in the UK business, drawing from AEI & external best practices to develop new ideas and ways of working
  • Support commercial capability development and continuous improvement across key functions
Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG company preferably in Revenue Management roles or positions requiring high analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of retail sales initiatives, revenue management (pricing, packs, promotions), category management experience preferred.
  • Evidence of ability to convert research and insight into tangible business value for both marketing, sales and customer marketing partners.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of channel, customer and other commercial issues.
  • Strong project management skills, within and across multiple projects.
  • Evidence of ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence key stakeholders to drive commercial impact.
  • Experience of the drinks or beer industry would be advantageous but is not required.
  • English language skills required: other languages advantageous.
