Senior Finance Manager

Senior Finance Manager, Real Estate, 6 months, £450-500, London- hybrid working.

I'm working with a international Real Estate business on an Senior Finance Manager role, the role supports within a investment division and is responsible for financial and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage internal and external reporting
• Ownership of preparation and management of the business plans including setting business KPIs, monthly and quarterly review process and reporting
• Advisory role in analysing strategic transactions and impact on the financial returns and accounting of the projects and portfolio
• Work with project teams to improve reporting processes and frameworks
• Responsible for analysis of revenue forecasts and cost structures
• Oversee 2 Accountants work

Key skills required-

• 4+ years qualified
• Strong reporting experience
• Experience within Real Estate or investments sector
