Sales Executive
UK Remote
£25,000 base plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)
Plus benefits including EMI share options

Product / Service: Cybersecurity Consultancy
Clients include: NHS, DWP, EDF, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence
Your Skills: Previous B2B sales experience, ideally gained from within the IT / Cybersecurity space, but not essential. Motivated, target driven, excellent communication skills.

We have been supporting UK economic growth since 2011, providing cyber security services to help reduce risk and minimise potential loss as a result of cyber security incidents to a diverse range of sector-leaders including prolific success with the UK Government.

We were one of the first to achieve accreditation under the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Certified Cyber Security Scheme to deliver Security Architecture and Risk Management consultancy to their exacting standards. A growing number of our consultants are certified at the highest level (Lead Practitioner) under the National Cyber Security Service’s (NCSC) Certified Professional Scheme.

The Sales Executive Role:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, with a confident and professional manner, who can support and accelerate our growth in the market.

Success will come from building up trust, credibility, rapport and suggesting service solutions to help remove prospects’ pain points and secure an order.

We are looking for a candidate to hit the ground running, so a minimum of 1- 2 years B2B sales experience is a must. Ideally, this experience would be in the IT/Cyber Security space, but not essential. What is essential is determination, motivation and a positive attitude.

Applicants should be determined, confident and engaging, as well as highly motivated to maximise their earnings through our generous uncapped commission scheme. We have a positive and inclusive working environment and offer several additional benefits and rewards.

About You:

+ Ability to work from home within a virtual business and be self-motivated, focused and disciplined at all times
+ Confident and professional manner, both on the phone and email/social media
+ Ability to handle objections, clarify & confirm and trial close
+ Extremely motivated, hungry to close deals and earn excellent commission
+ Customer-centric approach to sales with a ‘can-do’ attitude
+ Minimum 1- 2 years B2B sales experience
+ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
+ Team player willing to go above and beyond to help shape our rapidly growing company
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Professionalism and high attention to detail
+ Excellent PC skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office, CRM and Teams

Desirable:

+ Experience of working in IT or Cyber Security sales would be a significant advantage
+ Knowledge of technology would be a significant advantage
+ Experience in using CRM systems and multi-channel outbound systems
