Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Responsible to: Marketing Manager
We are currently working with a market leading construction contractor who are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help promote and progress our their brand throughout the company's ongoing expansion.
It is a wide and varied role, actively supporting the Marketing Manager as well as the wider Business Development team. The role would suit someone with at least two years of design experience, preferably with a good understanding and interest in Marketing and the B2B environment.
As well as being an office based role we are looking for someone who is willing to visit our projects and create content in the form of photos and video that promotes the company. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to manage stakeholders' expectations, including marketing, Business Development, Estimating and Commercial colleagues.
We are looking for someone with a passion to improve and promote the business and get stuck in.
The candidate must be technically proficient in the Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop
Photography skills for regular site visits
Ideally have some experience editing and taking video
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Good organisation skills and a responsible attitude
Some experience of managing website content via back end
HTML experience desirable but not essentialKey duties and responsibilities include:
Producing a monthly internal Newsletter
Creating Livery / artwork for our vehicle fleet
Creating and procuring branded merchandising
Creating and posting content on company social media channels
Assisting with the updating of brochures and marketing literature
Weekly site visits for photography
Managing the website day to day-uploading photos, content
Arrange company events and organise client hospitality events as appropriate
