Marketing & Content Coordinator

My client is an organisation of creatives, artisans, builders, thinkers, and riggers, and together we possess an array of skill sets which allow us to tailor every aspect of events.
Based in Manchester we specialise in event and prop design, production & installation. Over the last 15 years we have run our own events which has given us the knowledge and know-how of how events work and what they need, in order to run efficiently and avoid the headaches that come with production.
From club and festival décor to restaurant design and brand activations we have gone from strength to strength to become one of the biggest uk décor and prop installation companies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create, curate, and manage all published content utilising existing content video, photography and creating basic graphic design.
Develop a marketing campaign to increase Visual Architects and sister organisations brand awareness, customer database and increase inbound leads to support sales
Oversee design create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns. (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and our social media presence.
Develop and expand community, influencers and blogger outreach efforts.
Compile report for management showing results (ROI). including internal Hubspot monthly reports and external reports such Facebook ads , youtube and google advertising .
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.
Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
Creating blogs, newsletters, website content and press releases for our events.
Making sure the Website and all platforms are up to date day-to-day Website Management.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
To assist the Managing Director with the planning and implementation of a Marketing Strategy
Liaise with the sales team to develop marketing plans
Creating copy - newsletters, posts, blogs for both companies.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Skills & Experience
WordPress CMS preferable
Knowledge of Google advertising, facebook ads, Linkedin, twitter and youtube.
Basic videography graphics and photography
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign) desirable
2 Years + In social media content development
Degree in Marketing, Media or relevant field is an Advantage
Experience building dark campaigns on facebook preferable
