Our client is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme.

They are embarking on an exciting programme of change that will transform their organisation and ways of working by implementing a new target operating model and replacing their current finance and people management systems.

They are seeking a dynamic change management professional to join their recently formed Group Programme Management Office. You will have oversight across the change programme with a focus on the finance system implementation and finance transformation element of the target operating model.

If you are experienced in design and delivery of change management interventions in complex environments, have a deep understanding of how technology enables transformational change and are passionate about supporting people through that, then this could be the role for you.

About the role

Your main duties will include:
  • Lead the development and implementation of an integrated change and engagement strategy; take strategic and operational lead on all engagement relating to the portfolio, providing specialist knowledge and professional advice to senior leadership and management on issues and opportunities.
  • Lead on the design and deployment of change management and people engagement interventions to ensure people buy-in and commitment to organisational change.
  • Plan and organise change interventions with an appreciation of any associated longer-term issues, ensuring activities complement and feed into broader project plans.
  • Work with project teams and colleagues to ensure that proposed changes are understood and effectively embedded within the relevant areas of the organisation.

About you

The successful applicant will have:
  • Proven experience of delivering change and managing outcomes in a complex environment.
  • Able to persuade and influence, including at senior levels and to foster and maintain trusted and effective relationships
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills with ability to interact, engage and have credibility at all levels in organisation
  • Have in-depth understanding of change management methodologies and associated tools and templates
