A great role as a Head of Marketing to build out their Marketing function. You will devise and executive the strategy, looking to build out their customer base and help the business growth.

Client Details

A market leading tech business in their field. With a fantastic product and some household names, its a fantastic opportunity to help build on their success with this autonomous role.


As the Head of Marketing, you will:
  • Work closely with the MD Director in setting out and executing the strategy to help their customer growth
  • Recruit and develop an existing team to help grow the business successfully, working on enhancing the brand name within the industry
  • Develop a full mix plan to meet objectives and targets
  • Monitor and analyse data, making adjustments to improve performance
  • Organise webinars, events, etc to help build their brand name
  • Assist with the execution of PR activity including ideas, content creation, briefing notes and research via agencies or in-house
  • Develop a deep understanding of our internal and external customers, products, target audience, and the customer journey


As the Head of Marketing, you will:
  • Be a commercial focused B2B marketer, leader whether in-house or agency
  • Ideally have some B2B IT software, technology experience , CPG/FMCG/Retail client experience would help, though any broad B2B background will be considered
  • Have a strategic background but also prepared to be hands on if required
  • Have experience of working within an SME and helped build out a successful function
  • Be a creative thinker and willing to contribute ideas and support colleagues in decision making
  • Hybrid working with Leeds being their office

Job Offer

Up to £65,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits
