Marketing Manager Construction/Real Estate

An exciting, fast-growth, Regional Residential Property Developer is seeking a senior Marketing Manager, with proven track record and relevant industry experience, who is creative and willing to get-hands, yet has the experience to own the overall function and manage high-level internal/external stakeholders.Based on exclusive River Side offices, you will work directly with the MD and Executive Leadership, and be given full ownership, including the hands-on delivery of all projects that support corporate branding and awareness of new build housing projects for sale across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.As the Marketing Manager you will:

• Plan and implement marketing across web, digital, social, and print mediums
• Project manage/hands-on deliver all key objectives
• Overview day-to-day mediums for quality and brand/identity
• Design and create material/collateral including home sales brochures, site sales advertising, signage etc.
• Work closely with the MD/Exec Team, as well as external Real Estate Sales/Estate Agents and other key stakeholders, in the strategy and development of collateral for the launch of new housing projects
• Work closely with 3rd party web designer, printers, and other suppliers to achieve materials that adhere to individual site marketing, as well as the overall corporate branding strategy
• Track projects
• Improve processes and strategies including measuring results, reporting and budget management
• Work with the MD/Exec Team to create annual plans
• Assist with overall brand management and corporate identity
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all are kept informed of objectives
• Promote the overall company image to home buyers, clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers etc
• Maintain general home, house building, construction sector knowledge, by attending events, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional relevant events to the construction industry
• Perform all other general tasks/duties as is needed

To be successful as the Marketing Manager you will be able to show the following:

• Proven senior/manger level experience within the industry
• Knowledge/experience within one or more of the following sectors: house building, home building, residential developer, contraction, real estate, or estate agency sector
• Hands-on delivery of both digital and print marketing
• Successful track record work with senior level internal/external stakeholders
• Strong ability to manage people and suppliers
• Strong creative and commercial awareness
• Proven budget control
• Self-starter
• Highly organised
• Team player
• Local/within easy commute to their Staines Head office
