Finance Manager

* Finance Manager* Essex* LogisticsBroster Buchanan are working closely with a large and successful logistics organisation, based in Essex. The purpose of the role is to deliver business focused reporting and insight to operational performance. You will lead a team to successfully deliver the provision of financial information, including weekly costings, monthly accounts, forecasts, budgets, KPIs and balance sheet reconciliations in a time efficient and consistent manner along with weekly and monthly reporting requirements.Key responsibilities will include: * Preparation of weekly and Monthly operational performance reporting * Provide variance analysis with adequate commentary and aid operational management in the interpretation of results* Achievement and monitoring of agreed KPIs* Build effective professional relations with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be ACCA/ CIMA/ACA qualified/ part qualified with relevant reporting experience, ideally within a similar logistics/ distribution or operations focussed business.
