Interim Change Manager | up to £58K | Hybrid | London
We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim People Change Advisor/Manager to join our transport client in London for 18 months.
Supporting the Finance function during a time of change, you will play an important role in helping them achieve some ambitious plans to grow their market share over the next two years.
About the role
Lead change management activities and develop a structured change methodology.
To create a strategy for supporting the adoption of change required by a project or initiative, a change management process and tools need to be applied.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Support with capacity planning for all operational changes to ensure adequate resource allocation.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
About you
Experience of supporting a finance function is essential.
Proven track record in managing people change across various programmes and projects, including operational change.
Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders across a global business would be desirable.
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
