Due to significant growth and the ever increasing number of opportunities to assist our clients, an opportunity has been identified for a Corporate Finance Manager to join our vibrant and forward thinking corporate finance team.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or similar. You will be self-motivated, with a can-do, positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills and can demonstrate you have the relevant skills and experience to support our client base through a range of Corporate Finance transactions, including company sales, acquisitions, management buy-outs, company valuations and company financing. Having the ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification may be beneficial but is not essential.
Due to expected continued growth, a clear path for future progression is likely.
