We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager based in Feltham to manage one of our new clients. We have a well established branch in Feltham and now need someone to work with one of our clients to support and grow our workforce.
KEY DUTIES OF ACCOUNT MANAGER
Speaking to the client on a daily basis to foresee any peaks in volumes Support the workforce and resolve any issues or concerns the may arise Manage weekly rotas Build relationship with shift managers and supervisors to maximise hoursSKILLS REQUIRED AS ACCOUNT MANAGER
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Able to communicate at all levels Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change Computer literate - outlook, excel and word Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving
