Stafforce Managed Services are working in partnership with Birds Eye to recruit for a reliable, hardworking and passionate Production Supervisor to work as a performance coach during the busy pea season. Shift pattern: 5:00am - 5:15pm / 5:00pm - 5:15am, 6 day rota; 2 days, 2 nights, 2 off

Start date: June - the duration will be approximately 10 weeks (weather dependent)

The role:

Production supervisor will be responsible for effective management and support of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements and expectations, different areas of supervision available: line supervisor /tunnel supervisor, hygiene supervisor.

Support delivery of on-site operation ensuring proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording arrival of all temporary personnel
Performing return to work paperwork when necessary
Support Laundry personnel with locker allocation, and issue of PPE
First line conduct management - escalating to Account Specialist when required
Working with new starters to develop competence within the required timeframe, supporting shift trainers and supervisors
Re-visiting, support and coaching when required
Site walk arounds, liaising with temporary workers, confirming personnel for shifts
Monitoring absence line and booking personnel as necessary
Facilitate the onboarding experience, reduction of attrition, first week performance review.
Gain feedback from supervisors.
Compliance checks e.g.: PPE, handwashing, Covid19, adherence to site rules, twice daily in different areas and record.
Promote worker of the week award and collate nominations
Register and record hours worked
Completion of shift report
Handover to oncoming shift - performance coach and account team
Liaising with both client and agency management.
Contract length: 10 weeks (an opportunity to stay with Stafforce Agency afterwards if interested in similar positional around Hull area)
