We are looking for an energetic Administrator to join our client's busy team based in Central London. They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and organised professional who is looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
Duration: 3 month temporary position
Days: Monday - Friday
Location: Office based in Euston (flexible working)
Key responsibilities include:
To provide high level business support across the organisation, supporting the business with HR, IT and office management functions.
To provide a professional first point of contact for colleagues to address queries related to HR, IT, business and office management, effectively and efficiently for all modes of incoming communications. The position will require the post holder to use knowledge, tact, diplomacy, agreement or persuasive skills to ensure effective communication.
To assist on recruitment processes, loading job adverts to the TRAC system and other recruitment platforms. Managing the induction and onboarding of new starters, contracts, annual leave calculations and maintenance, and exit process management
Coordinate core development activities such as funding for new training applications, appraisals, probation reviews, supporting managers to action these in a timely manner
Assist in the maintaining and updating of relevant ICHP policies
To manage own workload using initiative to follow up on agreed deadlines and ensure improvement milestones are adhered to.
To provide full business support including production of good quality, accurate and timely documentation and correspondence.

High level organisational skills within a complex environment
Ability to interpret data and build reports.
A good working level of IT technical knowledge
Able to meet tight deadlines, and to work using your own initiative
Able to manage numerous reporting and logging systems, including databases where applicable.
Comfortable working on multiple tasks at once
Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner at all times, with understanding and empathy for any sensitive data
Able to work with a wide range of people at all levels, and feel comfortable in doing so
To work unsupervised and demonstrate a high level of autonomy and initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and public
Demonstrate diplomacy, tact and assertive behaviour in appropriate measure and at appropriate times.
Able to work as a constructive member of a team - seeking to develop and refine internal business processes.
Ability to remain calm under pressure
