SEN Teaching Assistant
GSL are currently looking for support staff to join a Primary school in Islington; this is a mainstream school that provides excellent provisions and support for children with a range of SEND.
This is an ideal opportunity for graduates looking to take the first step in a career in Education and build experience working with children with ASC, ADHD and moderate learning difficulties.
What you can expect:
-Long term/Full-time position, with opportunity to go permanent
-£80-£90 per day
-ASAP Start
-Ongoing training and support for people with all levels of experience
-Fun, energetic and engaging school environment
Ideal candidates:
- Traditional SEN experience; working in special schools, supporting SEN students in any setting
- Experience working with children and young people on the autism spectrum in any setting
- Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants
-Graduates in Psychology, Education or any creative subject
