Position: Teaching Assistant
Type of work: Supporting students 1:1 and small groups

Contract type: 1 year
Minimum rate of pay: 80£-£85 a day
Hour: 8 am-4pm (term time only)
The ideal candidate is one who is confident, dedicated, a strong role model, and has a positive outlook towards life. You will be asked to support students 1:1, in small groups, or alongside the teacher. The school is seeking a CONFIDENT graduate who has an interest in growing alongside a like minded community of staff to better the progression of students both inside and outside the classroom.
Teaching assistants provide students with a sense of stability and peace within the classroom, helping students feel confident in their overall learning, and guiding them to success through differentiated methods of instruction.
All positions will be full time, and you will be based in the same school throughout your Assignment. So, you will have a guaranteed regular income, at the same school. The school is a teacher training school who prioritises candidates individual interests and long-term goals. It is the perfect school for someone seeking a route into teaching, or simply experience in the education sector.
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE SCHOOL. No Prior training/ experience is required. We offer training as well!
YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE, JUST A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and willingness to grow, learn, and adapt to a new environment.
