To strengthen our portfolio marketing team, we're hiring a Global Marketing Director for Finance Solutions. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Marketing, in this role you will be accountable for shaping and leading the company's go-to-market strategy for finance solutions, creating unique value for buyer personas, while fueling demand generation and awareness.

The global marketing director for finance solutions will work in a fast-paced environment and act as an external and internal SME, partnering with sales to increase funnel performance and support strategic opportunities.

Main responsibilities:
  • Architect a marketing strategy for finance solutions, including development of the positioning and messaging, deepening buyer personas' needs and pain points, and mapping industry landscape
  • Investigate and define the buying process to expand the panel of buyer personas
  • Build inspiring, and relevant content for buyer personas in different formats, including white papers, brochures, web pages, and much more
  • Leverage market knowledge to create in-depth competitive analyses and battle cards
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to develop and execute integrated programs (communications, demand generation, analyst relations, partner and customer marketing, marketing operations)
  • Work with sales enablement to create playbooks, scripts, and educational presentations
  • Develop and foster knowledge sharing on finance solutions both internally and externally


Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in product/solution marketing (preferred), alternatively in management consulting, or FP&A / financial planning leadership
  • Strong knowledge of the corporate finance function and its processe
  • Outstanding public speaking and presentation-building skills
  • Capability to develop strategies for pipeline generation, upsell, cross-sell and account-based marketing
