This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and analytical CRO Specialist, who will lead website optimisation, improve user experience, and maximise conversion rates across the fastest growing e-commerce brand in the business.Key responsibilities:

• Focusing on the customer journey, create pathways that support conversion
• Continuous optimisation of the home page, collections and landing pages towards traffic conversion
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to connect campaign, keyword and ad copy to the correct landing page, creating better opportunities for conversion
• Action market/competitor and opportunity insights generated from the business analysis to curate product collections, content creation and promotions for conversion
• Generate email and social media content funnels to create and convert demand from new and existing customers
• Lead and support training and development of web optimisation and A/B testing standards

What skills we are looking for:

• Demonstrable experience in a CRO-focused role within a fast-paced organisation
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a bias to SEO content creation
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics tools
• Sound knowledge of statistical concepts related to A/B testing

• Experience with Wordpress and WooCommerce is desired but not essential

• Working knowledge of CRM systems
