This is an exciting opportunity for a first-rate Digital Account Manager to join one of the largest communications and integrated marketing agencies in the world. The company has a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days based in their office close to Bankside in London. The chosen candidate will drive and manage integration across digital campaigns, providing insightful client counsel and a deep understanding of social media trends. - Overall team management and planning responsibilities.
- Client day-to-day management and successful digital execution of client accounts.
- Develop and lead organic digital, social and growth strategies that deliver on our clients' business goals and objectives.
- Implement, execute and manage paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms and tools.
- Propose new ideas, techniques and methodologies to drive engagement and support the growth of our digital team.
- Manage the day to day running of external partner agencies and any freelance support.
- Create insightful reports that interrogate data and present opportunities.
- Maintain and update knowledge on the general digital and social media landscape and in the context of specific clients.
- Achieve billability targets established for your position.
- University degree or equivalent online certification
- Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Experience or familiarity using industry media planning tools and platforms - Google Ads, Google Analytics etc.
- Experience using CMS and automation tools such as HubSpot and Marketo.
- Experience or familiarity using social platforms and social tools - Campaign/Ad managers on LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter, Hootsuite or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
- High degree of analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, initiative, sound judgement, and business knowledge.
- Strong communication and consulting skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, databases and platforms.
- Knowledgeable about integrated communications industry and agency landscape.
