Business Analyst Contract Role - Outside IR35

Overview

I'm supporting a key financial Services client based South of Greater Manchester that are looking to secure a talented Contract Business Analyst to work on a Back Office Replacement Programme.

Role: Business Analyst

Location: South of Greater Manchester

Rate: £425 Per day

Contract Length: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working - expectation to be in the office at least twice a week. This is a non negotiable so I can only share profiles that are happy with the arrangement.

Role summary

The client I am working with are looking to back fill a perm BA who will be able to work collaboratively within a well-established Business Analyst practise and alongside Business Change and offshore IT Delivery Teams.

You will also be expected to delivery an IT systems supporting secured and unsecured lending products.

They are also working in an Agile environment so will be looking for candidates that have worked in that environment previously.

Skills & experience needed

Experience as a Business Analyst is essential and having worked within a highly regulated environment within the Financial Services sector will be key.
Have the ability to successfully facilitate and negotiate outcomes within large groups and with a range of different stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Experience of Agile SaFe software delivery methodology
Experience of being an effective member of teams delivering complex projects / programmes encompassing technology, process and organisational change
Experience of working across multiple workstreams, multiple phases, with third parties and offshore teams
Experience of defining software acceptance criteria and performing testing to achieve acceptance by the business
Excellent people management skills
Excellent information gathering and analysis skills
Experience and competent using Jira.Why apply?
