Our public sector client have a vacancy for a Band 5 Recruitment Team Leader to join the team based in Armagh
This is a home based role, however, there is a requirement to work in the office as and when required
The successful applicant must be available for an immediate start and for the full length of the contract therefore our client would prefer to have an applicant who does not have holiday arrangements in place for the duration of the assignment
In your new role, you will oversee/ Lead a team to deliver results in a busy service centre & within a target driven environment. Co-ordinate with direct reports and other Team Leaders to ensure the policies & procedures set by the Service Delivery Manager are implemented appropriately and to the correct standard.
You are a good fit for this role if you have worked with a diverse range of customers, both internal and external to the organisation, to achieve successful outcomes. Ability to communicate complex information/messaged to a large group of people. Experience in the development/design or delivery of training and ability to use initiative, prioritise workloads and meet set deadlines
Our client does require a relevant university degree or relevant professional qualification and 1 Year's previous experience in a recruitment environment within a large multidisciplinary organisation. OR 3 years' experience in a recruitment environment within a large multidisciplinary organisation
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.12 per hour
