Position Description:
Are you a driver of change with the talent to inspire clients and colleagues? We need a Director of Consulting Services at CGI within our Central Government Business unit to help one of our key long standing client programmes through the modernisation of a bespoke critical secure application.

You must already hold, or be prepared to undergo, National Security Vetting (NSV) enhanced Security Check (SC) level. This role can be worked from anywhere in the UK - there will be some occasional visits to London area for meetings but these will be fully expensed.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Your role will be to lead the modernisation of a bespoke business critical application providing an enhanced user experience, rationalising the different technical stacks that currently exist, and to look and hosting options. There is also the existing application to be kept up to date including a programme of work to update the system for new legislation and to provide new interfaces to key users and other common platforms. You'll be leading project teams to deliver on our client commitments and also developing sales propositions so that we can fulfil our ambitious sales target. .
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
What is essential is a demonstrable track record of delivering high profile and complex transformation projects. You should be familiar with, and have experience in delivering projects using agile methodology being able to lead and guide the client through to successful delivery. You'll need to show experience of working closely with clients as a consultative, trusted advisor leading transformation/modernisation programmes. You should be able to reference successful business growth through successful project/account development. Experience in the UK Government sector is desirable but not essential. #LI-Remote
