OVERVIEW

Major telecom giant hiring for a Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics in their Bristol office! You will be spearheading a Data Science & Analytics function with a team of 8-10 underneath you, leading & managing the team and overseeing key commercial projects! Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager - Data Science & Analytics will include but not be limited to:

• Manage Senior and Junior Data Scientists In the team on a variety of commercial projects
• Leading the Data Science & Analytics function from a technical perspective and helping to guide the team in their work when needed
• Engaging with senior level business stakeholders and helping to guide the roadmap/ strategy of the team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Senior Manager - Data Science & Analytics will have the following:

• Degree in STEM subject from (Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics etc)
• Proven experience in leading/ managing a team of Data Scientists/ Analysts
• Strong technical skills in Python & Machine Learning
• Preferably experience working in a larger organization although not essential
