Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader with the right drive, commitment and enthusiasm to succeed in this role?Can you see yourself joining a growing team as an Account Receivable Team Leader, supporting several upcoming and exciting projects?We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our NHS SBS team. In this post you will be ensuring that all of our NHS Clients income, both cheque and electronic is receipted and correctly allocated on Oracle R11/R12 to invoices or general ledger codes.We can offer great career progression opportunities, ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs and training and development opportunities.What you will be doing:
  • ?Responsible for the allocation, monitoring and delivery of the teams daily workload
  • Ensure adequate resources are available to deliver team targets
  • Continual review of Clients unallocated cash positions and recommendations for improvements
  • Responsible for ensuring any receipting/unallocated cash strategies are effectively delivered
  • Monitor quality of team outputs & identify training needs
  • Adapt team practices to improve Net Promoter Score (Client recommendations)

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience of managing an Accounts Receivable Team within either the NHS or Private sector
  • Promotes a culture of Customer Service & positive client relationships
  • Is open to new ideas and encourages a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

It would be great if you had:
  • ?Knowledge of the NHS
  • Oracle knowledge and experience
  • Word/Excel & Power Point skills
