Insurance Services - Personal Lines Team Leader

A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join an established, successful, and growing Insurance Broker who have a real focus on training, development, and progression.

This role is to maximise customer satisfaction, renewal retention, sales conversion, margins, and profitability, by maintaining efficient procedures and ensuring that there is a proactive focus on customer service.

You must have:

At least 3 years' experience in a customer servicing role.

An excellent understanding of personal lines insurance procedures and products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Progression towards Cert CII.

Salary depending on Experience.
