A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join an established, successful, and growing Insurance Broker who have a real focus on training, development, and progression.

This role is to deliver a quality service to existing and new customers, to maximise customer satisfaction, margins, renewal retention and new business conversion, and to improve business profitability and own knowledge of insurance.

To manage and oversee the day to day running of the accounts and to maximise business profitability through cost saving, efficient and effective means of working and methods of improving retention and margins. To reduce Company debt effectively and to monitor the Company's performance through KPI's.

Salary depending on Experience.
