Are you a Science Teacher looking for your next job in Hull?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a passionate Science teacher to work in an excellent academy in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting until at least May half term, but likely until the end of the academic year. This is a temporary contract, covering a sickness absence. This is a full time position, and this position will not require planning and marking. The pay for this position will be between £21,000 and £24,000 per year.

You will be working for a large department who are extremely welcoming. There is parking onsite available, and the academy is easy to access on public transport. You will be working within the effective and successful Science department.

The school are looking for an innovative Science teacher, but are flexible on the specific scientific specialism. You will be expected to teach Science to Key Stage 3 students, and BTEC Animal Care awards to Key Stage 4 students.

To be successful for this role you will need to:

Have experience teaching Science to Key Stage 4 students
Have a PGCE or equivalent
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
CVs must cover the last 10 years of employment history (where possible)
