Based within our Store Support Centre in Watford, you will be integral to developing and implementing brand marketing programs that fulfil the commercial and strategic goals of delivering compelling customer centric activities. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and creating all campaign collateral, POS, advertising and media for our H.Samuel brand. The role demands a collaborative approach as you will be working closely with digital, content and creative teams to ensure integrated activity is delivered with consistent consumer messaging across channels. Partnering with the Head of Marketing, this is a wonderful opportunity to provide world class brand management for our key watch and jewellery brand partners.
As our H.Samuel brand continues to journey through a revolutionary change, the Brand Marketing Manager will be an inspirational ambassador as we push forward with our concept store strategies. We strive to provide world class brand management for our key watch and jewellery partners, and to bring this philosophy to life you will partner with the Head of Marketing to plan the annual marketing budget for H.Samuel, and adapt plans as necessary to suit changing business priorities and opportunities. Effective and efficient stakeholder management will be key when managing external agencies and suppliers through clear briefs and deliverables for projects, monitoring of progress within agreed critical paths and budgets.
Line managing a Brand Marketing Executive, your charismatic and confident leadership skills will inspire and ensure the delivery of the brand's marketing objectives.
Suitable applicants will have experience of the following:
Proven ability as a Marketing Manager with demonstrable working knowledge of the fashion industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns within a multichannel premium brand
Naturally analytical and data driven with the ability to conduct analysis reporting (ROI)
Demonstrable project management skills
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and third party suppliers and agencies
Proven ability to manage a varied workload and changing priorities whilst maintaining quality standards
High level of attention to detail
Flare for numeracy with experience of managing a budget effectively to deliver results
