Job Title: Healthcare assistant
Location: Colchester
Rate of Pay from: £10.00 - £13.00 ph
Swanstaff are looking for candidates that want to provide care for elderly and individuals with dementia, physical and learning disabilites. The candidate needs to be able to maintain respect, dignity and privacy towards all staff and residents. Need to be highly qualified and skilled individual to deliver highest standard of care but must be able to work very closely together with other members to represent a family like enviroment.
Requirements
Assisting residents to the access community
Supporting with the preparation of meals and drinks
Manage daily activities in care plan
Administrating medication
Assisting with bathing, showering, making bed and feeding
Companionship and care in a variety of settings
Encouraging residents to feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to live independently
