Customer Service Account Manager

Personnel Selection are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Account Manager for a growing distribution company in Basingstoke.

You may well already be working as an Account Manager, but would like to move away from a targeted environment.. Or, it could be that you're in a customer services role and now want to explore other avenues..

The role of Customer Service Account Manager will involve:

• Making sure every client gets the best from the comprehensive range of fulfilment services
• Using your first-class account management skills
• Interaction with clients & onboarding new clients
• Managing the end-to-end up-selling sales solutions
• Forecasting and analysing to keep colleagues in the loop
