A well-known tourism organisation based in Edinburgh is looking to bring on a skilled Business Analyst with a remote working model. You will work on a major project running until October 2022.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in Agile software/digital projects.
As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead on requirement gathering over main digital transformation projects and you will work between stakeholders and project delivery teams.
Playing a key part in identifying and producing upcoming digital solutions. This will include requirement gathering through to end user acceptance testing and business adoption.
Ensuring effective collaboration with project teams, stakeholders and external partied you will build strong relationships and work closely with each department.
Recording requirements in combination with colleagues while guaranteeing they can be effectively communicated and easily understood by both stakeholders and project teams.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with the following skills and experiences:
The ability to work alongside the project team members to deliver project goals and you will have exceptional interpersonal skills.
To be an organised individual with experience working in the role within Digital projects.
The ability to understand current processes while obtaining requirements that meet the needs.
Experience working with numerous users across multiple departments to understand their requirements and needs to balance those against overall needs of the organisation to meet the business's objectives.
The ability to effectively translate both written and verbally to technical and non-technical colleagues.
Effectively able to convey project processes and technical jargon into easy-to-understand language
Maximize the use of systems and provide process efficiencies confidently with both technical and business colleagues.
Previous experience of User Acceptance Testing and supporting business assets to carry out testing
In return, you will receive a daily rate of up to £450 IR35 depending on experience.
