We are delighted to be partnering a successful Accountants firm in their search for an Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
My client has an unrivalled reputation and has continued to grow in success year on year. This will be a busy and varied role that would suit someone with experience looking to utilise skills in organisation, communication, and administration.
ROLE PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join an existing Admin Team, working under the supervision of our Office Co-ordinator. Your focus will be on client care, through onboarding and disengagement processes, along with undertaking Anti-Money Laundering checks and other adhoc duties.

• Previous experience in an administrative role essential• Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong attention to details• Highly organised and ability to multi-task• Ability to maintain confidentiality• Familiarity of GDPR

- Creating clients / contacts on internal system
- Producing, issuing and filing letters of engagement / disengagement
- Performing online Anti-Money Laundering checks, uploading them to internal system
- Updating records / Chasing documents
- Regularly checking and updating spreadsheets
- Issuing of bills, statements and dealing with associated queries. Including liaison with Credit Controller.
- Monthly client bank account reconciliations and linking Partner authorities for payments made.
- Assisting with drafting of tax returns.
- Corporation tax payment reminders - report, check and remind managers.
