Project Manager / Service Designer

Urgently seeking a Project Manager with Service Design experience within an energy trading background

Hybrid / London

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient in commonly used project management tools, methods, and techniques
• Experience in launching new product/service to Mobility markets
• IT and technology background
• Understanding of the Agency and campaign management
• Effectively estimates and monitors project factors such as cost, to be within an agreed scope, ensures realistic plans are in place and tracked against
• Build relationships with Product Owners & markets in scope to project manage the change activities in readiness for launch
• Operating model impacts & updates
• Legal and Fiscal compliance
• User Testing & Pilot preparation - with support from Business Test Lead
• Training coordination
• Passionate about customer experience and able to overcome barriers to deliver better experiences
• Tailoring communications to different audiences and ability to quickly build trusted relationships in a virtual working environment
