Finance Director

Accountable Executive is looking to recruit a dynamic Finance Director for one of our Private Equity backed clients in Cheshire. Reporting to the CEO, the role will be hands on, involved in all aspects of the commercial and business operations, and will take responsibility for the day to day management of the finance function and financial performance. Duties include but not limited to

• Partner with CEO to define and execute the growth strategy and business plan
• Produce meaningful KPI's and insightful reporting to aid commercial decision making and operational projects
• Responsibility for; Year End Statutory Accounts, Monthly Management, and weekly analysis, product analysis, commercial and financial analysis.
• Cash management, budgets and forecasting
• Manage the banking, external accounting relationships and Investor Relations
• Business analysis and risk management
• Lead your finance function

To succeed in this role you will be

• An ambitious and ideally ACA qualified accountant
• Be able to demonstrate your financial and commercial input in driving business growth as Finance Director
• Have a positive and 'hands on' approach to your work

Remuneration£120-130,000 plus benefits including equity participation and bonus scheme Location: Cheshire
