Position Title: Digital Marketing Transformation Program Manager
Location: London, Kings Cross
Assignment duration: 12 Months, Asap
Bonus Plan: Company Plan (yearly)
Onsite working schedule: Hybrid model (Days TBC)
Salary: £53,000 - £63,000
The role
The EMEA B2B Marketing team is looking for an experienced project manager, and passionate marketer to work on its Digital Marketing Transformation program, a key priority program, across EMEA. In this role you will create insight-led messaging and thought leadership that addresses the needs of key B2B customers and develop measurable plans to strengthen the company's impact through the Digital Marketing Transformation program. You will also build awareness of the Marketing Platform solutions, and, as a strong marketer, communicator and project leader, will help scale and communicate these efforts across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
Lead tracking and optimisation of the Digital Marketing Transformation program to deliver more impact for key B2B clients
Develop tools and processes for country marketing teams to scale best practices across EMEA
Develop targeted messaging and marketing initiatives that address the client needs and speak to the insights of the target audiences for the Digital Marketing Transformation program
Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and the US
Mandatory:
B2B marketing experience with an understanding of the digital marketing industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills -- with peers, management and cross-functional teams, and strong ability to communicate in a structured and clear manner
Demonstrated ability to analyse data sets and develop meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions (SQL writing a plus)
Demonstrated experience creating clear, impactful external marketing communications that strike the right tone with the right target audience
Strong track record of setting and delivering measurable marketing results
Demonstrated first-rate interpersonal skills, as well as a profound willingness to collaborate internally and externally
Ability to effectively operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in constantly-evolving context.
Desired:
BA or BS Degree or equivalent practical marketing/ consulting/ industry experience
A track record of managing complex projects across many geographies and stakeholders.
