We have an exciting opportunity to join our Clients project team and train alongside industry-leading professionals to gain a Level 3 Project Controls Technician.

The Project Controls function ensures that project managers and senior managers have all the information they need to make decisions throughout the life-cycle of a projects. It's a key role with a lot of responsibility. Project Controls includes the technical disciplines of estimating, planning, scheduling and cost engineering for which this apprenticeship gives a comprehensive grounding leading to roles such as project controller, estimator, planner, scheduler and cost engineer. Typically job holders work in large project teams on complex projects in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, engineering, energy and infrastructure - where detailed progress /performance tracking, and an understanding of on-site hazards, health and safety requirements and compliance is critical. This hands-on role is crucial to ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects and a shortage of skilled professionals provides opportunities for a secure, fulfilling long-term career

During the apprenticeship you'll work as a Project Controls Apprentice based both in the office and with the engineering teams on site, working alongside industry-leading professionals.

Over the three-year training programme you'll learn to master core processed such as estimating, planning, risk management and cost engineering; whilst applying your knowledge with access to the latest computer systems.

Whilst you're gaining practical real-world experience, you'll also be studying for the standard.

Minimum Qualifications Required;

GCSE Grade A-C in Maths, English and a Science or Technical subject
